KIEFER MURDOCK
Kiefer Murdock is a licensed journeyman plumber in the state of Texas with over 7 years of experience at Mountain Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Known for his outgoing personality and versatility, Kiefer is a true jack of all trades, adept at tackling a wide range of plumbing, heating, and cooling challenges. John Jackson is a licensed journeyman plumber in the state of Texas with over 8 years of experience at Mountain Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Known as our "drain guy," John specializes in tackling even the toughest drain issues with precision and expertise. His extensive knowledge, dedication to quality service, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a trusted and reliable technician, consistently delivering high-quality plumbing solutions.
BOB mCDEVITT
Bob joined Mountain Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning about a year ago and has quickly become a valued member of our team. Originally from California, Bob made the move to Texas and has embraced both the community and the opportunity to grow his career in the trades.
As an apprentice, Bob works closely alongside our journeyman, John Jackson, gaining hands-on experience and developing his skills in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. He is dedicated to learning the craft the right way and takes pride in delivering quality service to our customers.
KYLE pRITCHARD
Kyle Pritchard has been with Mountain Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for about a year. Originally from Delaware, he relocated to Texas and brought with him the strong work ethic and discipline he developed as a Marine Corps veteran.
As an apprentice, Kyle works alongside journeyman Kiefer Murdock, learning the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning trade with the goal of becoming a journeyman himself. He’s outgoing, extremely hardworking, and known for tackling every job without complaint or hesitation.

Matt Bownds is the Operations Manager at Mountain Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and the son of owners Bill and Christy Bownds. As the son of a plumber, the trades have always been part of his life.
Before joining the family business, Matt built a career in the automotive industry, working from auto technician to managing an entire service department. He now brings that leadership experience and commitment to customer service to help grow the company and ensure every customer receives excellent care.
